All signals, alerts, OI analysis, GEX computations, Sniper strategy outputs and other platform outputs are produced by automated, rule-based algorithms applied to public market data. Information We Collect

When you use GammaAlgo, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: Username and hashed password for dashboard access
• Contact form submissions: Name, email address and message content
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and access times for security and performance monitoring
• Telegram notifications: If you subscribe to alerts, your Telegram user ID is stored to deliver notifications

• To authenticate your access to the dashboard

Data Storage

Data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing (bcrypt). We do not store plaintext passwords. Telegram user IDs are used only for notification delivery and are not shared with third parties.

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Server access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

All market data (options chains, open interest, pricing, indices) is sourced from publicly available data published by NSE and BSE. GammaAlgo does not own, generate or modify the underlying market data. All computed signals and analytics are derived outputs of automated algorithms applied to this public data.

5. Intellectual Property

The GammaAlgo platform, including its algorithms, signal methodologies, dashboard design and educational content, is the intellectual property of its operators. You may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
